Abstract

This article addresses the issue of the evolution of dance art from a historical perspective: Ancient Epoch, Middle Ages Epoch, Modern Epoch, Contemporary Epoch. For each epoch, the characteristic peculiarities, representatives and values were established and analyzed. The emphasis is on identifying the regularities and factors that influenced and influence the development of scenic dance, but also the role of great choreographers throughout history in this regard.
