Abstract

The Italian composer Gioachino Rossini's lied creation has come to the attention of scholars since the 19th century. Rossini was one of the most outstanding opera composers of the early 19th century, and his musical style is manifested in the transition to the late Romantic period, being a precursor of Bellini and Donizetti. His musical creations were not only extremely popular in their time, but also had a significant impact on the evolution of subsequent vocal creation.
