Abstract

Stage appearances require a high level of instrumental technique, a good mastery of the score and a faithful memorization of the musical text. Motor dexterity, body coordination, as well as coordination between physical and psychic, attention, aesthetic sense, of form and rhythmic, interpretive or imaginative skills are just a few of the necessary elements of a good instrumentalist, of a complete artist. If stage fright is permanently associated with poor preparation before a musical appearance, the only logical conclusion that comes out is the imperative need to remedy this deficiency, being found subsequently an improvement in the quality of interpretation, as well as a change of the perception of the artistic phenomenon by the performer.
