THE BANATHIAN SPECIFICITY IN THE SABIN DRAGOI'S CHORAL LITURGY OF JOHN CHRYSOSTOM

Abstract

Both our church music in general and the Banat music in particular reached the current structure following a natural evolution, after they have assimilated all the influences that have been exerted on them over the centuries, influences that they melted and transformed into a predominant whole of elements autochthonous, according to soul requirements specific to thinking and musical predispositions of our people from the different regions inhabited by them.
