Abstract

Gheorghe Danga (1905 - 1959) was one of the most important Romanian conductors and composers of the first half of the twentieth century. The composer Gheorghe Danga dedicated his entire artistic activity to Romanian choral music, being known both for his secular choral works and for the church choral creation for men's choir.
