Starting from the consideration that Vasile Ijac is a composer from Banatstill unknown to the general public, this article aims to draw attentiontwo of the composer's lieds: ”Evening” op.17 no. 2 and ”Spiritual” ,both written on the lyrics of the poet Tudor Arghezi.
