The term sacred is seen primarily linked to religious art but, on the other hand the modernity can be religious or laic, but the laic modernity is very detached from sacred. In creating an art work of spiritual meanings there is a very interesting direction that includes abstract art that develops a kind of spirituality of art itself through the abstract language of art which he theorizes. Spiritual value is considered above representation of nature. Referring to contemporary is considered sacred art only the art related to religious and church.
